Based on Fougere a unique fragrance blend created in the late 1800s

To those interested in the world of French perfume, it is known that Fougere is a unique perfume blend that stands out above so many. It was sometime in 1882 that a perfumer by the name of Paul Parquet who worked for Houbigant created a unique fragrance blend.  He called his creation “Fougere Royale” and was originally created as a product suitable for women or one that can be described as a feminine characteristic. His creation soon took the world of perfume lovers by surprise and got established as a much-wanted perfume variant. From then on there have been many alterations and additions to the original fragrance formula and as it stands today the smell is an ingredient of many top perfumes around the world. The prime ingredient in this perfume was the smell of Coumarin which had rosy overtones. This nostalgic creation is still very much a part of the perfume industry and is seeing a sort of resurrection again. This sweet, woody smell is really a lovable smell and brings a unique calm to your mind, and acts as a sort of pacifier.

A soothing smell that brings forth the creative side of a person

When creating our range of Agarbatti this fragrance was way at the top of our list and the Fragrance R&D division worked hard to create this special perfume combination. The top requirement from the smell was that it should create freshness of mind and provide relief from an oppressed feeling and give calmness. In fact, using incense sticks is a definite way to achieve a fresh mind in a very cost-effective manner. The Desires incense sticks will give you a very soothing effect because smell plays a unique part in activating certain specific areas of the human brain. It has been found that our organ of smell is directly linked to our memory and certain smells can trigger certain memories from back in time as well.  Also, the smell can act as an agent of discipline very easily and triggers a mental disposition as and when required. For instance, if you are used to prayer at a certain time and use incense during your prayer, merely lighting incense sick can get your mind ready for a meditative state. The mind responds more readily to smell than many other things and this was discovered by spiritual masters of ancient India.
